Executive Pastry Chef Alexandra McMillen Cavallo comes to Pendry Natirar most recently from Pendry DC and previously  Montage Palmetto Bluff. She brings with her over a decade of experience in various pastry roles including Ritz Carlton hotels in Cayman Islands, DC and Orlando. She leads the pastry department with a focus on creating sweet and savory courses that  compliment the culinary table at the farm experience at Ninety Acres.
