Executive Chef Peter Rudolph, a San Francisco native, brings with him years of rich experience in esteemed kitchens around the country, including various Ritz Carlton hotels, the Rosewood Sand Hill Hotel and Resort in California where Madera Restaurant earned a Michelin 1 star rating and most recently the Ocean Restaurant at Maine’s Cape Arundel Inn. His culinary vision for Ninety Acres is inspired by the surroundings of Natirar, with a rustic approach to seasonal cooking.
